Phone Sheet
Phone log with type-ahead name entry and preferred phone-number pop-up. Users can grant specific access to phonesheet, so that assistants can add and edit calls. Email directly from phonesheet, view call history, keep detailed notes about every call, jump to full contact information, and print or email phonesheets.
Contacts
Keep detailed records of all your company’s contacts. List multiple phone numbers and email addresses, flag contacts based on key words, list deals and “looking for” information, attach photos, and view clients, incoming and outgoing submissions, projects, and calls for each contact. Produce reports of buyers’ wish lists and company deals and rosters, and email and send letters to contacts. Guided dialogue to produce submissions letters in Microsoft Word, pulling information already stored in the system. Once a letter is created, it is logged and stored in the system for future reference.
