• Production Hot Leads Tool – This exciting new piece expands on some of the advanced searching additions that were included in the last release. This new dashboard tool offers a couple of great new features –
› A simple but targeted Production Manager mini-search tool to help Vendors, managers, and production opportunity seekers dig deeper into project participation by sub-type. So, what exactly does that mean? Let’s say you are looking to staff an upcoming project with the best Art Directors from the last two years or look at all of the UPMs already on projects in production – now you can pull from a couple drop down choices and return these results in seconds.
› Additionally, we have layered in some really helpful one-click searches that allow people to dig into projects that sitting in and around the Greenlight. This will, of course, help production entities stay on top of relevant projects.
• Locations Dashboard – As with the TV Dashboard, we have moved the Location Scouter tool to its own dashboard page. This represents the beginning of pages that delve specifically into the reporting and searching of region-based data – illuminating where production is happening across the world.
• System Speak Dashboard Element – To help generate awareness of the new System Speak tools that are managed by Customer Service – we included a Dashboard feed that delivers headlines of articles posted in the system.

• Quick Search Drilldown Tool – Let’s say you’re looking for that Tom guy you like… you know, the director... but you can’t remember his full last name. Now, when you Quick Search for him in the database, the results page allows you to drill down deeper using related elements - like job type, project status, locations, and more.
• Person Sub-Types – Find a person by their specific role! Now you aren’t limited to just looking for people in Production Management – you can actually look for Production Supervisor or Showrunner.
• Search by “Period” – Are you looking for all of directors that have shot films in the last six months? Check out on the Adv. Person Search for the ability to narrow your search to the most relevant data.
• Search Result Sorting - Run a search and on the results pages you can now just click the column title to re-sort the data.
These are just a few of the new tools introduced to the Studio System.
